Richard & Lindsey Heinrich

 

    Lindsey's life in the "service industry" began as a young girl shining shoes for her 6' 5" uncle and selling pot holders to the neighbors in northern Indiana. After being persuaded by a smooth talking Naval aviator to join him in sunny San Diego upon obtaining her degree from Indiana University, she and Richard got married at the Memorial Chapel aboard NAS Miramar and began an adventure which is still thriving.
   

    Lindsey worked in the banking industry "several" years for HomeFed Bank where she gained an astute knowledge of financing and marketing in the San Diego area. Looking for a new challenge, Lindsey took on the real estate industry with added zeal and has been selling residential homes to satisfied customers ever since.

 

    Richard began his journey in Chicago and eventually traveled east to the land of crab cakes and pleasant living, Baltimore. Upon obtaining his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, he fulfilled his commitment to the Navy and began a nautical themed journey which spanned nearly three decades including carrier flights of the F-4 Phantom, reserve duty in several exotic and not so exotic places, and satisfying command assignments along the way. If this weren't enough, Richard obtained his law degree "several" years ago and tried cases during this same span in many counties of Southern California while working in the insurance defense industry and State service at Caltrans. Richard obtained his real estate broker's license last century and began working in the real estate industry in earnest last year when he joined forces with Lindsey in yet another endeavor.

    Together, Lindsey & Richard pledge to provide their customers with the very best service when buying or selling a home. They feel blessed to be surrounded by so many friends who are also customers, and look forward each day to doing their utmost for their clients.
